  • Manage Subscriptions: We use information like your App Store subscriber status to enable your paid features and remind you of subscription details. (Note: Financial information like credit card details is not received by us, as all transactions are handled by Apple.)
  • Improve and Develop the App: We analyze usage data and feedback to understand user preferences and issues. This helps us troubleshoot problems, develop new features, and enhance the user experience.
  • Communicate with You: We may use your contact information to send important updates or notifications about the App. For example, we might inform you of changes to our Terms or Privacy Policy, alert you to subscription renewals, or respond to your customer support inquiries. We will not send you marketing emails unless you have opted in to receive them.
  • Ensure Safety and Compliance: Information may be used to monitor for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on the App. If necessary, we will use and disclose information to investigate violations of our Terms of Service or to comply with applicable laws and legal processes (such as responding to lawful requests by public authorities).

Huzz AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old.
